CDCs are certified by the SBA, and work with participating lenders including banks, credit unions and non-bank lenders to provide financing to small businesses.
The 504 Loan Program offers purchase and refinance funding partnerships to finance real estate and capital equipment at a low, long term fixed rate to up to 90% of the total project, including fees.

There are over 500 banks in Texas and less than 15 CDC’s. Only 6 reporting loans in 2021. There is a field of opportunity in Texas to connect entrepreneurs and the proper funding for success.
